When you call our Sales Representative will make an appointment to visit your home to identify needs and evaluate how the landscape could be improved, both functionally and aesthetically. A landscape inventory of plants will be taken and notes made for future use. If you wish, a proposal is prepared for our regularly scheduled Horticultural Service to respond to the needs of the landscape and the budget required. If necessary, we may need to have “start-up” proposal to clean-up the landscape for the regular scheduled service. Also additional services can be offered such as outdoor lighting and irrigation system repair and installation, container gardens, patio furniture and deck cleaning and remedial landscape construction.
Upon acceptance of our agreement, the Sales Representative will have a meeting at your home to introduce our Account Manager to you and your landscape. The purpose of the Account Manager, a degreed horticulturist, is to facilitate communication between you and our other professionals that will serve you on a month to month basis. Your Account Manager will schedule your regular service, visit your home periodically to update our landscape evaluation report and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Prior to each service, the Account Manager will notify you on your next scheduled date and time of your service. This will be done by mail two weeks prior to your service and again to confirmed by phone two days prior to the service. It is encouraged that our clients let us know at that time of any special needs or concerns. Your Account Manager will also troubleshoot problems that occur between your service visits.
The Account Manager will work closely with your CHAMPION, the horticultural service provider. Upon arrival, the CHAMPION will survey the landscape and respond to your special needs. It is preferred that you be home, but it’s certainly not necessary. Based upon need, the tasks are selective and corrective pruning; fertilization; herbicide and pesticide application; and irrigation control management. At the end the service the CHAMPION prepares a report on what tasks they performed on each individual plant. This report is part of our invoice that they will leave at your home.
The Account Manager will also oversee the duties of your Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will install all landscape items of plants, flowers, garden art and furnishings; prepare and place container gardens; power spray to clean your outdoor furniture and decks; and repair and establish new outdoor lighting and irrigation systems.
Our landscape professionals will do whatever it takes to make your landscape something special so we can both be proud.
